Until I get a chance to add something here in lawyer speak, here are the basic rules so that everyone using this site is able to thrive.

• This site is not only your homebase for all of your artist needs, it is mine as well. As such, membership is at my discretion and anything that doesn’t resemble respectful artist behavior may result in a ban. I reserve the right to do whatever I want at all times.

• You’re free to use my samples, chains, in any of your projects. You don’t need to credit me.

  • If you’d like to credit me, or want to collaborate, ask me first! nick@nicksaenz.com is my email - no using my artist name unless we’ve talked about it first

• Don’t release an entire finished song of mine as your own.

• Don’t sell a.k.a. make somebody else pay money for my content, sounds, or anything else that you’ve downloaded from this website.

• Don’t be mean. Criticism, feedback etc. is one thing. Hate speech, botting, spam, etc. is another and will result in a permanent ban.

These are pretty basic “don’t be a dick” rules.

Any violation will result in a ban without refund and / or takedown requests.
